Custom Climate Surveys and Team Building

  • teaming with internal clients to design custom climate surveys to get candid feedback from work teams. Such surveys highlight perceptions of a group’s strengths and assets as well as its weaknesses and limitations. Survey results are summarized and shared with the group, provoking essential discussions of how to capitalize on strengths and eliminate barriers to effective performance.
  • based on needs and interests, designing and facilitating a wide variety of challenging experiential or activity-based exercises groups can use to highlight the dynamics of group/team behavior and that serve as a springboard to performance-improvement plans.

Career Management and Development

  • assisting organizations in developing effective approaches to career management for employees;
  • designing and conducting career/life planning workshops for small groups of employees with special needs and interests, including workshops focused on pre-retirement, the concerns of individuals at critical crossroads in career direction, the needs of individuals who feel/are “stuck” and need options, and the concerns of younger employees seeking a sense of direction.

Retreat Planning and Facilitation

  • collaborating with organizations, groups, and individuals in planning for and successfully conducting on- or off-site meetings and retreats,
  • managing agendas and time, and presenting viable approaches to decision-making.
